In 2025, while planning my daughter's 6th birthday celebration, I poured my heart into creating a space that felt magical — a place where every balloon, every colour, and every detail came together to create lasting memories. As I watched the joy on her face and the excitement of our family and friends, I realized something profound: decorating wasn't simply a hobby. It was a gift that had been growing within me for years.
I've always been drawn to beautiful spaces and elegant design. Whether styling a room, appreciating interior décor, or planning celebrations, I've found joy in transforming ordinary settings into extraordinary experiences. I've always believed that beauty lives in the details, and those details have the power to make people feel seen, celebrated, and valued.
Encouraged by the people around me and inspired by that unforgettable birthday, I took a leap of faith and founded Puffy Pearl Balloons & Décor.

From booking to balloons — your most common questions, answered.
We specialize in luxury balloon installations and event styling for birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, weddings, graduations, corporate events, grand openings, and other special celebrations. We also offer customized décor tailored to your theme, vision, and venue.
We recommend booking at least 3–8 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. For weddings, corporate events, and large celebrations, booking 3–4 months ahead is ideal. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on availability.
Yes. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to confirm your booking. Your date is not reserved until the retainer has been received. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before your event, as outlined in your invoice.
Absolutely! Every celebration is unique, and we love bringing your vision to life. We work with your theme, colour palette, venue, and inspiration to create a one-of-a-kind design.
Pricing varies depending on the size of the installation, design complexity, location, and any additional décor services required. Our packages start from $400, $500, and $600. Delivery fees are based on location and will be included in your final quote.
Puffy Pearl proudly serves clients throughout the Calgary area and surrounding communities. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
Yes. We offer professional delivery and installation to ensure everything is beautifully styled before your event begins. Takedown services are also available and included or quoted separately depending on the setup.
Setup times vary depending on the size and complexity of the installation. Most setups take between 2.5 and 4 hours, and larger events may require additional time.
Yes, but outdoor installations are subject to weather conditions such as heat, wind, rain, and direct sunlight. We'll recommend the best design options and placement to help ensure the best results.
We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability. Rescheduling requests are subject to our booking policy.
Absolutely! We encourage clients to share inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, colour palettes, or theme ideas. These help us understand your style while creating a custom design that's uniquely yours.
